Hello everyone,

Today we are making our way down to the promise land. We are spending the day taking care of some boat chores and rigging up. We are getting anxious to wet a line tomorrow!

The weather is great and we are traveling smoothly. Cannot wait for tomorrow!

On a side note we would like to wish our charter master Mark Costello a happy birthday today! We are glad we are here to spend it with you!

Wish us luck,
Team supreme

Good evening everyone,

Today we had a great day of yellowtail fishing. It was by no means a slam dunk. However our persistence paid off. The fish never seemed to settle into a certain part of the water column. The bottom dropper loop, mid water flyline with sliding sinker, and strait fly line with no weight were all working at different times. We were able to get everyone some yellows on the boat.

All the yellowtail were excellent quality. 18-30 lbs, cant complain about the size!

Tomorrow we are going after yellowfin tuna.

Wish us luck!

Good evening everyone,

Today we had Yellowfin tuna in our cross hairs.

The morning started off slow and picked up as the day went on. With the increasing yellowfin action came more skip jack action as well. Eventually we were weeding through skip jack and small tuna to get to the nicer 12-25 lb tunas that were around.

Mixed in with the tuna life we had a few Dorado and Yellowtail as well.

The weather forecast looks good for tomorrow. We are excited to see whats in store for us!

Wish us luck,
Team Supreme

Good morning everyone,

Yesterday we worked our way up and tried for yellowtail briefly in the morning. We had to be extremely cautious because the early morning fog was very thick.

However when it did rise we were able to catch a few yellowtail, but no boomer hits to go with it. We are still very far down the Baja coast and we need to keep working up, so we spent the rest of the day steaming up while dragging some jigs.

We will be scouting offshore tomorrow.

Will report again tomorrow,

Hello Everyone,

Today we spent the afternoon looking for this northern tuna. We were able to find a few schools and random fish marks that did not want to bite and only equated to only a hand full of strikes.

After an afternoon of trying until the early evening we eventually had to call it a trip and start heading up to San Diego.

We would like to thank Mark Costello for both spending his birthday with us and putting together another great charter! We cant wait till next year!

our ETA is 5 am tomorrow.
